Description of legal work: a letter of claim was received 2 days before the claim form. The claim form states that the pre action protocol has been complied with. Clearly it hasn't. Also, the service address was the old company address and as such was not served correctly. It was only received because proceedings were issued against a guarantor as well and he received it at his address. The particulars are poorly drafted and make no reference to the guarantor's obligations at all. This is my partner's matter so I don't want to draft it myself as too involved!
Extra notes: Would like a 24 hour turnaround from when the docs are sent to you please.
