I need a basic agreement put together

I need a partnership agreement put together for a contact centre. It will simply cover the pricing packages agreed, the security practices and confidentiality. This only needs to be simple but stands as proof of our making sure all practices undertaken by our partner will be inline with best practises and security ad data complience.

Please note my budget is limited on this one so please quote around the set budget.
