Description of legal work: I have a draft website, under construction, which advertises consultancy work for supporting small, medium and large businesses.

I have a draft set of terms and conditions, which I have created myself based on researching online. But I need these terms of conditions fine-tuned so that they adequately cover:
using my website / privacy
info about our company
the services we provide / services we won't provide
the terms of payment
what we're not responsible for
what happens if a customer is unhappy

These terms and conditions will need to be visible online, but I'd also like some advice about what needs to be visible on documents / emails sent by my business (which are results of analysing their business).
Extra notes: I will share the draft set of terms and conditions and the draft website url only when I have selected a person to work with. Please don't ask for this in advance.
