Assistance on legal matter

Assistance on legal matter. I would prefer a fixed price to start my case and then if win the case a big bonus we can agree before hand so he know exactly the amount he will get if we win the case.

Here's my experience:

When trying to ship my stuff 13 boxes from London to South Spain. I found a transport company via www.uship.com website according to the website the transporter is located in Somerset. We agreed on terms I paid in advance via bank transfer, the person took the items from my place on the 26th of June 2016 and since then I cannot get in touch with him. He has provided minimal information about my property. Uship didn't do much to assist as they claim they are just the platform and are not responsible for the completion of the job.

The police is investigating the issue and so far they said the business is cooperating and that due to unforeseen circumstances the transporter gave my items to another supplier to ship them to Spain. Police said they are waiting to see the evidence of that claim. In an attempt to find out more about my items the son of the transporter that was there when they took my items said to me on Facebook that they have tried to post the items but their car was stolen, therefore my items were lost and that this was reported to the police. So far the police has not confirmed that claim.
