Tax advice, minimising tax.

I have been buying gold and silver bullion over several years, most are cgt exempt,
But I do have some silver ingots.
If I'm lucky enough to make a good profit on these within the next 2 years, what I would like to do very soon, is take the right steps now to legally minimise any taxes in the future.
I have just bought these items under my own name, I do not have a company. I have not sold any.
I am not working, having begun my modest pension early.
I do not have a UK property, I am 58 years old. I live part of the year at my house in France, part in Asia,
I am resident for legal purposes at present in the uk. I am of fairly moderate means.
I am quite happy to move to a lower tax country, start a company and pay myself in dividends or take any other reasonable steps, I'm open to any reasonable suggestions.
I would like to speak to someone qualified with some experience with UK ( and possibly international) tax and basic accounting
