Small business accounting

I have a small business and have been using Excel to summarize annual business information. Would like to have the information placed into professional format per US GAAP standards. Will be used to support tax preparation.

Would like to start with FY 2019, the update FY 2015 to 2018 (5 years total).

Accounting information is tracked using bank statements (one bank, all expenses are either via debit card or check). I will need a list of standard categories and will then update the ledger so that you can develop the annual statement for 2019. Once that's done I'll provide prior year info.

The attacked ledger is very representative- you'll see consulting income, office expenses, some travel, and subcontracting.

The work will be done in 2 billings. First for FY 2019, then FY2015 to 2018. Prior years will be very similar to FY2019 and will have the same categories and subcategories.
