Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
I need some assistance on interpreting a small dataset and creation of 2-4 PowerPoint slides of high level findings and insights based on the data provided, suitable for boardroom-level. Please also provide a brief written narrative that I can speak to. I will be giving a 15 minute presentation based on the data and findings.
It would be great to have nice visuals using graphs, charts/pivot tables. Please include a Summary and Conclusion. I'm pretty flexible as to formatting and design.
The questions to be answered are:
1. What trends and/or insights can you pull out in relation to Product A and its individual SKUs?
2. Based on the overall cycle, what would you recommend as promotional/pricing mechanics to sell through supply by the end of the financial year?
This would suit someone who is experienced in:
- financial analysis or business performance analysis
- providing sales recommendations to deliver revenue growth based on supply and financials
Key:
Revenue - Reported revenue per product (full estimated retail price "ERP")
Units - Number of units sold
Year - Financial year runs June to July
Weeks - Weekly units and revenue from beginning of product lifecycle
Promotion - % discount applied during displayed promotional start and end date
SKU - Different configurations of Product A
