Freelance Property Finance Opportunity

I’m looking for a freelance finance professional to help manage the bookkeeping, financial reporting, and KPI tracking for my growing property portfolio.

The role covers daily cash flow monitoring and bookkeeping, monthly VAT returns and management reports, and tracking our portfolio performance metrics (including HMO profitability, ROI, and expense ratios).

Given the focus on property-specific KPIs, having direct experience in property management finance is essential for this role.
