Excel Sales Report Needed

We’re looking for an excel expert whom can generate for us a great Product Sales Report out of current “dumb” sheets.
The files we will give you are all daily products orders ( by product name only )
We will need you to take all of these files to generate 1 big product report that will show us the products sorting by sales Percentage, in couple of way of product breakdown ( we will explain in full once project starts.

All in all these “dumb” sheets has data which we need to translate into an actual reporting working data to understand our product breakdown better.
We need this project to be completed within 96 hours maximum, so there is a big urgency here.

What you will recevie from us, is an Excel file that has 60 days of data ( the only available data in this excel file is the product name and quantaties ) , each row in the excel file represent a product and equal to 1 unit...
All in all there about 15,000 rows of simple data to scrap and to produce an actual report from.

The final report should give us the following:

Products Sales in precentages Product X = 20% of sales, Product Y =33% of sales etc. )
Product total Quantaties

that's all....
We will generate 2 different reports as for 2 different sales outlooks.
