Description of support work: A Company Tax Return needs to be completed and submitted on my behalf for a UK VAT registered company (period 01 Mar 2014 – 28 Feb 2015). The company also needs to be made dormant. The company has traded only once and not in this tax period. No expenses have been incurred since January 2015. This start up company - that unfortunately never got started - has a sizable amount of un-utilised tax losses that I would wish to carry forward when the business restarts. Please confirm that if the company is made dormant and then restarted that these un-utilised tax losses would not be 'lost'.

Previous unaudited financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2014
Bank statements
Expenses recorded in excel (x130 for the year)
A note regarding a small and final VAT repayment because the account was closed.
