Can you value a company for me? The company is inside a group of companies.
Help decipher the accounts and provide a report to me in laymans terms of its value, concerns, etc..
Ultimately I need to value each of the 4 separately or at the very least know the debt and working capital requirements etc.
You will need to sign an NDA.
I have, that I can email you:
management accounts x 4.
trial balance x 4
client list/asset list
staff list including salary/term served.
PS. urgent turn around time required. Really need results by Monday morning.
