Hi,
I am looking for an affordable finance person/accountant with knowledge/experience of the UK Buy-to-Let rental market.
I will be a first-time Buy-to-Let investor, I have done some research and I think I have a reasonable understanding of things from a financial perspective but would like to check my understanding is complete and correct and that I am not missing anything obvious as a starting point.
I would also like to create a financial model in Excel, there are lts free BTL ROI/tax calculators available but nothing that gives me everything I want to see.....including how much money I will make annually (first few years may be a loss or £0) as rent slowly increases and how much could be left in the bank (separate bank account for this) at the end of 25 years when the mortgage is paid off if I just let the funds accumulate over time.
