Bookkeeper Needed part-time - Once a month in Peckham

I run a small ebay/online business (started in February 2011)and have 1 full time employee and 1 casual employee. I need someone to come into the office (London SE15) once a month to do the bookkeeping (Sage Instant) and payroll (Sage Instant Payroll). Turnover for February to September has been about £2-3k per month so not a lot! Software and laptop will be provided for you to work on. Also, my employee sorts and collates all the invoices and bank statements each month so should be less than 1 days' work each month. I am happy for someone to come in on a weekend - if they already have a 9-5 full time job. This can be agreed.

We are a small start up so need someone who know what they're doing and someone who can work fast & efficiently so we can keep our costs down. We will need a monthly bank rec also, but I understand that this is pretty standard. At the end of the year the Sage files will be sent to an accountant who will prepare the accounts etc for Companies House and the tax return.

No bookkeeping has been done to date (since February) so there is a one-off job required in getting us up-to-date. So, would you please let me have a price for getting us up-to-date (February to October); and then another price for a regular monthly visit from November onwards?
