Book Keeper needed to support growing online business

I run an online business and am in need of a bookkeeper.

I sell on various market places and have recently launched on a very large platform. They have an antiquated system whereby I have to invoice them for every sale and we are at about 350 sales now and nothing has been done yet, so this is quite pressing now! They need a spreadsheet showing each sale with VAT, commission etc and total owed to me.

I also need help on a regular basis reconciling Xero and helping generally with managing my accounts, though I do have an accountant.

As this is quite pressing I need someone who can start this project soon and I would be grateful if you would let me know your availability to assist.
