Adwords Campaign Managment

I need someone who can create and manage adwords account for Third Party Technical Support ( Remote Computer Support) business. Looking for someone who has/is already managing the account for Remote Computer Support. Keeping in mind that Google has strict policies for Third Party Technical Support.
