General information for the business: Limited company
Description of support work: We are a limited company with one director and two owners who own 50% shares each. As a result mortgage companies consider us effectively 'self employed' when applying for a mortgage or re mortgage. We therefore need to complete a form with 3 years worth of turnover, profit, salary and dividend figures.
We currently have a book keeper and a retired FCMA who does our annual accounts.
However the mortgage company won't accept a form signed by a retired accountant so we need a practising accountant to certify the figures and sign the form.
