Accountant/Bookeeper required for Self Assessment/VAT

I am a very small business, however I am now looking for someone to do my accounts for me, as they are beyond me.

Ideally I\'d like someone who can collect/receive my receipts once a month, create a small profit and loss document, and file both my quarterly VAT return and complete my self assessment yearly.

My turnover is currently very small - £5,000 at the moment, so it\'s not a huge job (yet!).

I\'d like to pay, if possible, a monthly fee.
