Accountant and UK registered external auditor needed

We are a greater London based company. We buy things from different countries and sell to the UK marketplace.
We are seeking an external accountant and registered auditor [UK Registered Only] to review our annual annual books for audit assurance and prepare and file the finalised accounts with Companies House, and HMRC with the appropriate Corporation tax calculation. The work to be conducted in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (UK) (ISAs (UK)) and applicable law. We are not looking for bookkeepers. We are only looking for finalisation work.
As a UK registered auditor, conducting annual audits of our financial statements in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards is essential. You will be responsible for planning and performing the audit to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements are free of material misstatement. Issuing audit reports and communicating findings are key deliverables.
This work can be done remotely. We have internal staff who can assist.
