Seo for my wordpress website

Hi,
I'm after someone to provide seo services to my wordpress website: www.idealblinds.co.uk, work will include keyword research, descriptions and providing the relevant techniques to get me up the rankings on google for my area.
In your proposal please advise on the price as a monthly amount as I am looking for someone to look after that side of my website on a monthly basis.
