Rics shared ownership valuation

Hi, I've had two shared ownership valuations over the last year and need a desktop review to reflect current value (for sale valuation). Companies are charging huge amounts to come out even though I can provide them 95% of the information!

Any RICS valuers looking for a quick project?

You must be qualified to give a valuation and provide your RICS credentials so that I can satisfy the housing Association.

I will need to receive a report similar to the ones that I will provide. So that I can pass on to the house association, this is the basis of the sale price of our home.
