Rebuild microsoft office identity on mac after time machine

My mac kept crashing due to lack of space on hard drive
I was forced to rebuild the microsoft identity because Outlook wouldn't open
This took up more space on the hard drive
Then nothing would work
I restored a time machine back up from two weeks ago
Then the office database index went missing and needed to be re-built
The re-build didn't work and I got an error message
Now I'm stuck
The computer was absolutely fine a week ago
