Quantity Surveyor/Estimator for cost estimates for building works

Description of consulting work: We are hoping to be appointed for some alterations to a listed church, which will involve installing stone ramps at the entrance and removing pews. I anticipate six estimates based on a rough outline description of works, as follows:

1 - Create Disabled Access from front gate to front entrance.
2 - Create Disabled Access from front gate to rear entrance.
3 - Remove pews from the centre (half way down the aisle)
4 - Remove all pews from the east transept.
5 - Remove front two pews on either side.

As we haven't been appointed, the information we have to base the costs on is very limited, so experience in similar types of work would be useful.

The next church meeting is on 5th February, so I'd hope to have some costs by then, if possible.
