I need to get some stats done for an mch that I am doing.

Hi I am doing an anatomy observational study and need to get some descriptive statistics done for my project. I was told by my methodological supervisor that it would be just descriptive stats on my data and something to show an inter-observer reliability analysis and some sensitivity studies. I have two sets of data in XL. They are measurements of biopsies. I would have to explain the rest to you over the phone. Could you do some graphs also and also explain the results to me so I can write it up as I am useless at stats. Could it be ready for the 15th of June?
