I need someone to consult on best use of MS Office 365. Particularly Sharepoint

Description of support work: I'm looking for someone that could spend a day (few hours) helping our small business understand, get setup and comfortable with MS Office 365. Ultimate goal is getting us to work as efficiently as possible. In particular setting us up to manage tasks, calendars, a shared drive and workflow in the most efficient way. Right now we have Office 365 running but it's not all connected and coordinated as we like. For instance, how can we join all our personal calendars, client calendars, project calenders and customise our categories in the most efficient way possible. These are things we could use some expert help with. I would expect this would require a few hours in our offices in Richmond initially so pleased be London commutable. May lead to a longer relationship of work in the future.
