Extra notes: I want a order form created for my company that incorporates an e signature. The order form is to be sent to my customers and requires their "e signature" to be applied.
I need to be able to put the 3 conservatory images on to the order form as and when required as these will differ per customer.(please see attachment showing conservatory images) I want the company logo at the header and the terms and conditions added also.
I will require the ability to edit the form text as required in word.
The customer contact details as in their email address and contact numbers need sorting (top left of the template.
Also needs to be easy for my customer to "add thier signature.
