Description of support work: We have a Digital Ocean Droplet that cannot connect to a database.
The site runs Wordpress and PHPBB Forum.
From what we can see in the logs from DO around the time the site went down it stated 'Upgrade' in the log.
I am looking for some that can troubleshoot and resolve the issue as well have the skills, experience and availability to provide us with further support for our DO droplets.
