Efficiency advice for Social Enterprise- 1 day work

We are a relatively small Social Enterprise supporting children's Speech, Language and Communication Skills. We work primarily with families in deprived areas or families of children with complex needs.

I Need an efficiency expert to give advice on how to improve specific areas of our Social Enterprise. I can list all the issues I feel we are having with efficiency, my proposed solutions and then invite you to comment on what I have proposed or propose your own ideas. You would then put it into a short report which simply says Issues and Recommendations.

The best way for me to do this would be to 1) write a brief 2) leave a WhatsApp or voice note describing the brief. From this you could produce a brief report (1 page on each efficiency point with bullet points is fine- total of 3 A4 pages- however I am flexible on whatever is needed).

There are 3 specific areas. Staff roles, Logistics and Systems.

I think it will take a full day to go through all the info I have and put together advice/a brief report.
