Data entry: uploading shop products to a Shopify website

General information for the business: Design gift shop website
Description of support work: We are opening two new new physical stores in 2016 and there are a number of new lines for this, as well as a number of sale lines that we'd like to add to our existing offer.

We began trading in 2014 and have an established protocol for what is required within our product listings.

We have stock databases in csv/excel format ready to share and I cab answer questions about weight

The most time consuming part of this job for us is chasing suitable images from our suppliers, so we would need to establish how best to handle image sourcing.

To give you a clear idea of our needs, within each product listing we will need:

- item name
- item description (including collection keyword)
- meta description
- Tags
- weight (we ship by weight)
- product dimensions added to accordion menu
- price (plus sale price, if applicable)
- Shipping Tax (VAT) checked as appropriate
- image(s) uploaded for each item
