Experience Level: Intermediate
Our clients have to apply for a licence which once approved is valid for 4yrs.
We are excellent at getting the initial licence but not great once its issued to keep on top of the compliance and other issues. We don't have any systems in place and need a person who is hyper good at mapping what needs to be done, when to do and to create a system that new members of staff can slot into regardless of when they joined. Also once we have agreed a new working format, to come and audit it periodically to ensure it is still on track, needs attention etc to ensure ifs relevant for the 4yr life cycle of the clients licence.
We are based in London and envisage that we would need a person on site for mapping and brain storming. Must have proven experience and able to start pre Christmas

Hi Anne,
Thank you for an invitation. I have good experience with regulatory bodies and audits, but similarly to the PPH member below, it would be helpful to know a bit more details. Such as, which sector your client belongs to or what type of licence you referred to? How big is the organisation? Those details would help to understand the scope of the project and similarly would enable to provide you with more accurate proposals.
