Website Admin to help protect and secure our company website

Hello - we need help with the security of our company's website. We're an independent record label based in London. We currently have a hack that needs resolving. We'd also like to have someone run scans and back up / update plugins regularly. We want to ensure we're ahead of any issues so we remain protected. Our website is run on Wordpress.

You're the expert here, so we would like to have some advice and hear about any solutions you may suggest. We're happy to pay per hour or on a fixed rate.
