We need help to layout a word document with text & images for a business proposal

We are submitting a series of word documents (about 8 files in all) for a local Government Tender. The documents consist of text and images up to 50mb. We need somebody to help us "pretty up" the documents with the layout, subheadings and add some background colours to make the text more readable and certain sections to stand out so its doesn't just look like a "wall" of text. Also we need the images to be formatted for the document and for the text to wrap around where appropriate. Sample documents can follow.
