We need a writer to convert gathered information in to own words

Hi !

Our small company is running at full tilt and we need an excellent writer to produce up to 13 documents.

Previously we had gathered information on ingredients from multiple resources and combined them in to documents. Each document has been structured and laid out in an initial way for it to easily be navigated.
However, each document is the accumulation of other sources & authors ranging between 3 to 9 in each document. We would like you to take a document and with the information within, re-organise our basic structure in to a more comprehensible one and write the document in your own words. To a standard that parts may be taken out to be published online without being the copyright of others.

The average size of each document currently is about 7 or 8 pages.

Our company works with earth grown ingredients and natural nutrients to produce Nootropic Products. Some titled documents are things such as : Ginseng, Oat Straw, L-theanine
