Virtual Administrator Preferably in Construction field

We require an Administrator, coming from the construction field (proven).

We are an existing maintenance company transitioning to building construction.

I would need all template letters that will be automated on the CRM (ZOHO) system for the customers, tradesmen, and stakeholders.
These letters will need to be in a sequence from start to finish. Starting from the introduction, right to the end of the customer journey.
For example, to start would be the introduction of Longbear to clients and thanking them for there inquiry/interest, etc

Then we would need all of the different correspondence in-between, including all of the different channels the client may go.
This will need to be the same for the Tradesmen onboarding journey

We require you to be self-motivated, be able to create documents and programs, be an innovative thinker, and be able to get on with tasks with minimal input from me.

We would like to start with all of the template letters 1st and then move on to other tasks.
