Verify if phone numbers are on a Canadian "do not call list" DNCL

I want to send a pre-recorded message to 600 people to their phones

I need support to check to see if any of these 600 people are on the Canadian "Do Not Call List" DNCL

(this is basically a service by the Canadian Gov't to stop unwanted telemarketer calls)

I will supply the list of phone numbers & associated Govt web site that is used to check (need to check each number individually)

I am unsure if this is paid for by a fixed price or by the hour?
