My name is Aniek Scorey and I run a female fitness company called Train You Trim in Southampton, UK.
We work with ladies who are looking to make positive changes to their health, their fitness and their lifestyle through tailored Personal Training programmes, bespoke nutrition coaching and group fitness options.
We are a mobile fitness company, working from clients' homes, in public spaces and hired halls in our local area.
We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team. This position can be fulfilled remotely and thus we are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual. We currently require 5 hours of administrative support per week at this time, however as we grow, this is likely to increase.

Mission for the Role:
To provide and manage a top quality administration service that ensures the smooth running of all systems and supports the complete satisfaction of clients with all aspects of their Train You Trim experience.
Position Outcomes:
1) Perform 100% pre-qualification phone calls for new leads within 48 hours and schedule consultations within 3 working days of call.
2) Have weekly email set 1 week in advance (MailChimp).
3) Respond to email enquiries promptly.
4) Input, schedule and manage MailChimp automation as directed.
5) Have admin access to Train You Trim business page and respond to messages/comments ASAP.
6) Input and schedule blog posts x 1-2 week (Wordpress). Promote via Facebook page and through email.
7) Have Facebook posts scheduled 1 week in advance to run daily. Sync with social media channels where applicable (Twitter, Instagram).
8) Plug new leads into “Drive to Consult” campaign within 48 hours of contact capture (MailChimp).
9) Input new member details into member management system within 24 hours of sign up.
10) Support in the general administration/running of active campaigns/promotions (approx 3-4 times a year) – this may require increased hours at these times.
