Description of excel work: I have a basic Excel workbook for support tickets. It has the headings:
Date Status Customer User Device serial number Issue Comments Proposed Action to Resolve Issue Completed Action
I would like to add Category and Subcategory and select from a dropdown list of issues. For example, Hardware, Stolen.
In addition I need a chart or graph to show the total tickets per week/month output to a separate worksheet that updates automatically. For example:
April 2016
Hardware Stolen 10
Software Password 5
It should be easy for me to add/remove new categories or subcategories.
