Pdf editing: I need info typed onto a pdf form. The form is already created...

I include (1) pdf form attached to be typed on with different info (from attached MS Word doc) to create (32) pdf forms. Take a look at the (3) attachments and let me know if you can provide these (32) pdf documents, and how soon? I would like you to type the first pdf and email it to me for approval.

This should be an easy task for an entry level person - could be done in 30-45 minutes approx once you get rolling since some of the info is the same on each pdf.
I posted & accepted a seller earlier today only to find they tried to raise the price by $1,000. AFTER I accepted it, so I'm hoping the next transaction will go better....
