Merge my data into a word template for name place cards - by tomorrow (Mon) at 11am

I have some APLI DECAdry place card sheets (OCB 3731) that I need printing with people's name on. 6 name places per A4 sheet. The merge needs to be rotate the text, as the cards will have the name facing the person and also those on the table.

I have the data (c160 names). I am looking for somebody that knows what they are doing with Word to merge the data for me, so I just have a Word doc to print onto the labels.

I need this done by 11 am tomorrow (Mon) but would appreciate it asap if possible - however I appreciate it is Sunday!

I do not have a word template set up, I am looking for you to take my data - 160 lines of First Name, Surname and sort out the Word template and merge it, so it contains the name twice (mirrored) and fits perfectly. I would prefer you to mailmerge rather than type them in, as that means no errors. They are all different names.
