Mailing list for gyms, personal trainers, yoga and hypnotherapy professionals

Hi,

I am looking for concise and up to date lists of professional fitness studios, personal trainers, yoga instructor's and hypnotherapy professionals.
I require business name, a contact name, website and email address for them (when available).
This is my first job of this type so I would leave it up to you to advise how many your provide for a set price. Ideally I would like 50-100 in each category as a starting point. They do not have to be UK based but English speaking nations would be preferable. All must be current and at least seemingly trading.
Please provide details of how many you can provide for a set price and how you would obtain this info. Also please provide examples of previous jobs similar to this.
