INSERT TEXT & PHOTOS INTO WHITEPAPER TEMPLATE TO PUBLISH

We need someone to insert text and photos into a pre-existing whitepaper template. The text for the whitepaper is currently circa 13 pages, without the photos (it will likely be 20 pages with the photos). Each section of the text has links to potential photos we could use to create a visual for that section, however it may be necessary to search other photos out, if those don't end up pixelated enough, or are not the correct dimensions.

We need this somewhat urgently as we're hoping to publish the paper in the next 3-4 days. Some design decision might arise in this process and we're at hand to provide immediate feedback. We can also access other templates, if the one we currently doesn't do the trick.

Please provide the cost for this exercise, the time you need to do it and any requirements you may have of us in the process.
