Independent Hotel database needed,

I need a database of independent Hotel in Southern England a list of Hotels with 15 rooms or more in the following areas Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire including the isle of Wight, Dorset and Devon. By independent I mean not large branded hotels like Holiday Inn's, Hilton, Premier inn's and the like,
The List needs to have the owners name, the hotel name and full address Including post code, email address, the number of rooms in the hotel. and phone number, and be presented in an excel spreadsheet. I attach a very rough example of what I am looking for.

I estimate there are between 250-400 properties of this nature in the areas I am looking for
