I need an Excel Checklist created

General information for the business: We are a property styling company
Industry: Business
Description of excel work: Create a checklist for selecting furniture and furnishings for each room within a home.

For instance in the Main Bedroom we need to select the following:
Bed Yes / No and Size- Double or Queen size
Bedhead Y/N Size - Double or Queen
Bedside tables Y/N
Bedside lamps Y/N - is there a powerpoint? Y/N
Floor Rug Y/N Size - small / large
Armchair Y/N
Side table Y/N
Artworks Y/N - 1 / 2 or 3
Mirror Y/N
Plant / Basket Y/N

Notes: Be able to make some notes about the room such as Colour / Lights / Flooring etc

This would be the same for every room within the property. Including:
Entry
Hallway
Bedroom 1
Bedroom 2
Bedroom 3
Bedroom 4
Bathroom 1 and 2
Kitchen
Dining Room
Lounge Room
Rumpus Room
Office
Laundry
Front Deck
Rear Deck
Pool Area

We also need to make other notes about the property such as Access (Lifts / Stairs / Narrow / What level the Apartment is on etc.). Also Driveway / Parking / Carpark etc.

Type of home: Federation / Edwardian / Californian Bungalow / Art Deco / Contemporary / Modern

At the end it should be able to tally how many items of Furniture & Furnishings are required to style the property in preparation for sale.
