I need a macro to conver a spreadsheet to another format

Industry: Education
Description of excel work: I have a workbook with multiple spreadsheets. I need a macro that will take the data from this workbook and create a new workbook with the same number of spreadsheets but with the data converted to a new format.

I need it to copy over the info in columns a-d if a "X" cell is present in the row. Each "X" will create a new row.

It will also need to pull out the information from the header row that the "X" cell is present, splitting the title and date.

I have attached two examples - but I have had to remove personal data from them.
