I need a 110 page manuscript to be converted from MS Word to LaTex.

I have a 110-page (double-spaced) manuscript which is in MS word which I need to convert to LaTex. The actual word count is 18,115 words, 64 equations, 33 figures and 13 tables (all tables are of the same format). I will provide the LaTex template, MS Word manuscript with the equations already in MathTex format and the .bib file for bibliography. Right now I am looking for quotes to budget this for my project. The actual order is expected to take place in 3 weeks time (paper is in proof stage of publication and should get published in a week's time).
