Fix formula errors in spreadsheet

I've attached a spreadsheet that I need fixed. I need the following done;

1) Cells AS 4-99: I need to add $2 to the value that's reflected in column AM
2) Cells AS 109-179: I need to add $1 to the value that's reflected in column AM
3) Cells AV 4-99: I need to add $1 to the value that's reflected in column AP
4) Column AV 109-179: I need to add $.50 to the value that's reflected in column AP
5) Fix the #DIV/0 in the 5-Year Average and 2019 Pricing Matrix Columns
6) Make sure the totals at the bottom match up to the totals above.
If you just do this in the April worksheet I can copy and paste this to the remaining worksheets,
