Find Data and Input into Spreadsheet

I require the following document to be completed (the green columns) for 194 schools. Heads of subjects' name and email addresses need to be extracted from the schools' websites. They will usually have a staff list on their website. If not, they'll have this data located somewhere else on their website

I have some of the data to use for validation, so anyone accepting the job, must ensure they input accurate, up to date data as it will be checked.
