I am looking for a way to send my clients a pdf document that they can complete answers to questions in, save and email over to me. I have created the pdf but not the fillable fields . I dont want to purchase software programmes and dont expect clients to so not sure if this is do-able?

    Instead of this why don't you make a web application which will do same work for you . Clients can have their login and you will you your login , so that client will fill their details and will send it to you. in pdf format. I can do this work for you.
