Excel Table Add/Edit Buttons, User Forms, and Simple Design

Looking to create Add and Edit Buttons with Userforms for 13 tables with roughly 10 attributes per form. We've started to add the first Add Button but learning VBA is taking too much time for this project. The spreadsheet is primarily a financial management spreadsheet for a university sports team.

We would also like to simplify our design to make the spreadsheet easier to read, navigate, and understand for the most basic users. We started writing instructions but it looks terrible, confusing, and just ugly.

We're not looking for anything crazy or time consuming. Just really basic improvements.
