EXCEL SPREADSHEET SORTING - HELP!

I need help sorting a Excel spreadsheet which contains raw data about our sales.

This file has been pulled from our invoicing system, and shows invoices since 2012.

The issue we have is being able to use the data for analysis because against each invoice on a row, there is a breakdown on the following rows below showing which items have been sold.

We would like the information to be sorted so that we can obtain the following information such as:

Sales performance per customer
sales performance of each product by month
and general review of sales

I believe this should be a straight forward job for someone with good knowledge of Excel and should not take more then an hour to sort.
