Excel spreadsheet amendments

Please see attached excel spreadsheet. The job requirement is:

You will notice its a database of postal addresses, cells 3 - 2241 in column D and E have first and second line of address. Cells 2243 - 5452 have the entire address in column D - I need the address splitting up as it is in the rest of the database.

Then:
delete and empty rows.
Delete rows with the following addresses:
14 Tiller Road
7 Ballards Lane
152 City Road
301 Caledonian Road
207 Regent Street
20-22 Wenlock Road
Docklands Business Centre

Then:
Delete and duplicate's in column D (so there's not more than one of each address.)
